Order Cancellation Policy

At Jersyus, we strive to process orders as quickly as possible to get your jerseys to you without delay. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This policy outlines the conditions under which an order can be cancelled and the steps you need to take.
1. Cancellation Eligibility
We accept order cancellation requests strictly under the following conditions:

Timeframe: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Status: The order must not have been dispatched or entered the final stages of shipping processing.
Important: Because our fulfillment team works quickly to pack and ship items, we strongly advise contacting us immediately if you wish to cancel. If the 24-hour window has passed, or if the item has already been handed over to the courier, we cannot cancel the order.
2. Orders That Have Already Shipped
If your order has already been processed or dispatched, we are unable to stop the shipment.

3. Non-Cancellable Items
Certain types of items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order is placed. These include:

Clearance or "Final Sale" Items: Products marked as non-refundable or final sale at checkout.

Customized/Personalized Items: Jerseys with custom name or number printing cannot be cancelled once the printing process has begun.
Any specific restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product page or at checkout.
4. Refund Process for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received in time and approved:

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that the order has been voided.

Refund Timeline: A full refund will be issued immediately to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing speed.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately. Please have your Order Number ready (e.g., #JER12345) to help us locate and stop your shipment quickly.
