  • Immediate Charge: Your payment method will be charged at the time your order is placed.

  • Order Confirmation: An order is considered confirmed and binding only after full payment has been successfully authorized and captured. You will receive an email confirmation immediately upon success.

  • Declined Payments: If a payment is declined or fails authorization, the order will not be generated or shipped. We recommend checking your available balance or contacting your bank if this occurs.

  • UK Orders: Taxes are included in the price where applicable.

To ensure your order is processed without delay, please ensure that the billing address entered at checkout matches the address on file with your credit card issuer or bank. Mismatched information may cause the transaction to be rejected by the payment gateway.
